Hub admins can remove or delete members from their hubs with the "Manage Hub" tool. In the left navigation you click "Manage Hub" scroll down to the list of users and click "Remove" by any member you wish to remove.
The members posts will remain in the hub but Admins are also able to delete those if desired.
